Flexible Working

We offer employees a range of flexible working arrangements, including:
- Variable individual work patterns which can include compressed working hours or job sharing
- The option to work from home
- Flexible use of leave including the option to purchase additional leave or apply for periods of leave without pay
- Mature age workers initiatives including unlimited ability to salary sacrifice superannuation when transitioning to retirement
- 14 weeks paid parental leave (or 28 weeks at half pay) for birth parents, as well as primary carer spouses or de facto partners
- Full paid parental leave entitlement for those who adopt or permanently foster a child
- Three weeks paid partner’s leave
- Parents @ Work coaching providing support to employees transitioning from extended parental leave to work
