Welcome to Ability Action Australia!

We are a national therapy services provider. Every day and in many ways, we are here to help NDIS participants – children, adolescents, and adults – get more out of life today! Don’t just make a difference. See the difference.

Abilility Action Australia puts people at the heart of what we do, both our participants, and our team. We know that having motivated and supported therapists results in the best outcomes for our participants, so we're dedicated to providing a flexible, friendly environment that nurtures long-term career development.

What's in it for you?

As you support many, we support you. We offer:

  • Work flexibility – From 24 hours a week to full time, you can select the hours and days that work best for you as an individual.
  • Excellent remuneration – Industry leading salary + salary packaging + km reimbursement + laptop + smartphone + purchased leave.
  • True work-life balance – The autonomy of setting your calendar, your way. Combine the convenience of working from home with time in our supportive hubs.
  • Career progression – Access to ongoing training tailored to your interests and long-term goals combined with professional development opportunities through Ability Action Australia and our parent company, MedHealth.
  • Passionate and positive culture – Be part of a purpose-driven team that believes in making your care count.

About your role:

We are expanding our Western Sydney team and would love to welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist who is eager to make a difference and contribute to best practice.

This community-based role allows you the flexibility to work in the community, from home, or from our hub spaces.
