What the day will look like
- Execute and deliver Line 2 Assurance activities across different business areas
- Conduct reviews to evaluate compliance, risk and operational process
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations
- Follow-up on identified issues to ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights
- Engage in a range of assurance activities across different areas in the business

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Prior experience in compliance, assurance, audit or risk management
- Experience in insurance industry and/or financial services sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to follow-up on issues and ensure timely and effective resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
