About the Role

Reporting into the senior manager, you will be a part of a customer-obsessed, high-performing Marketing Automation & Capability team in a highly innovative, supportive and collaborative culture. As a champion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will work with autonomy to implement technical solutions and best practices in light of the best customer-experience through building out HCF member journeys that are member driven within our digital transformation. Additionally, you will have a say as a Subject Matter Expert, advising on optimisation test and learn opportunities within the risk and compliance frameworks for the expected campaign outcomes working within a cross-functional Marketing team. 

Your exceptional stakeholder management skills demonstrate taking everyone on a journey of Mar-Tech to understand a simplified version of complex solutions for the journeys and campaigns you will be working on day to day. Your role will entail designing, building and executing 1:1 campaigns and journeys within HCF’s own channels: eDM, DM, SMS, OTM, and App. With the Senior manager, you will also be given the opportunity to participate in analysing, evolving and optimising our operational processes within the team in light of suits and needs of the business as we grow together. As part of the ACE, you will be part of a wider community enabling initiatives for customer journeys come to life giving you an excellent career trajectory for growth and development at HCF.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Deliver Below the Line multi step campaigns designed with appropriate governance, data quality, experimental design and measurement standards
  • Successfully set up campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accurate audience selection, content and message alignment and SPAM Act compliant
  • Design personalised triggers and member engagement journeys in Salesforce Marketing cloud in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Work with Analytics to use data to predict the next best action to drive business outcomes
  • Conduct risk assessments on a regular basis with data and customer touchpoints
  • Detect data triggers, events and signals in the member lifecycle to respond to their needs and expectations
  • Measure, test and optimise marketing and communication activities to ensure we continually improve our capability and business impact
  • Analyse results to make recommendations on content, messaging, layout and call to action
  • Adopt a flexible marketing capability that supports A/B testing and innovation

About You

  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Advanced experience in email building and HTML, CSS and AMPscript
  • Experience with SQL and Data Structures
  • End to end campaign delivery and execution
  • Strong understanding of 1:1 communication including compliance and regulatory impacts
  • Understand end to end Customer Journeys and their dependencies
