Your role involves leading the implementation and management of effective campaigns with a solid understanding of channel strategies and project management. You will maintain a strategic understanding of business growth priorities and challenges, translating them into effective campaign and communication strategies.

With expert knowledge of contemporary communications approaches and a strong digital bias, you will facilitate, interpret, and evaluate sales, financial, consumer, and brand health information to identify opportunities, address issues, and develop strategic recommendations. You will develop cross-channel ecosystem and messaging matrix strategies, ensuring execution consistency across all sales channels to meet targets.

About you

You hold tertiary qualifications in communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field and bring a strong background in marketing, campaign, and media planning, as well as creative production processes across both offline and online channels.  You have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing projects that involve cross-functional teams and a keen attention to detail. Results-driven, you are a champion of the brand, working cross-functionally on growth initiatives to unite experience and expertise, ensuring excellence in the development and execution of brand and communication plans. Your exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills enable you to interact effectively and build strong relationships with peers, managers, and general managers of business units.

You thrive in flexible and creative environments, respecting confidentiality and performing well under pressure and tight deadlines. A good problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation, you possess high-level written and verbal communication skills. Your experience includes budgeting, reporting, and excellent copywriting, with a proven ability to develop creative and engaging communications. Additionally, you have experience working in heavily regulated environments and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
