Ventia is proudly partnering with Transurban Queensland (TQ) to provide incident response, maintenance and minor capital works for open roads & tunnelling assets in Southeast Queensland and we have an opportunity for an experienced Mainteannce Supervisor to join our Open Roads team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Civil Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor will be based at our depot in Stretton. As the operations are 24/7, flexibility for night and weekend work will be required, however usual working days will be Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for the supervision of the Open Roads civil team and management of subcontractors, splitting your time between the office and site. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Required Skills and Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have previously held supervisory roles, within the civil/ transport/maintenance industres. We are looking for a creative thinker, with a solution focused attitude. The role requires well developed people management skills, and the ability to positively influence team morale and productivity. In addition, the following will be highly regarded:
