Ventia are seeking a Project Manager for a 12 month Fixed term assignment to join our Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will ensure project management practices are consistent and meet both Company and Client expectations. What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the project team to deliver key milestones, ensuring asset maintenance meets all project requirements, including sustainability and subcontractor performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing project delivery and escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with Project and Asset teams to provide insightful performance reports.
- Facilitate on-site activities, including kick-off meetings, toolbox talks, and safety sessions, ensuring SHEQ compliance.
- Ensure timely project completion, meeting milestones and KPI reporting frameworks, with occasional intrastate travel as required.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management.
- Expertise in project management software with a strong technical skill set.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors, and delivering comprehensive project reporting, monitoring, and forecasting.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of Facilities Management projects, successfully balancing on-site supervision with daily project operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes.
