Sales Account Manager - Central NSW

Job Description

The role will build on existing business, and a strong focus on growth in the region and will report to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Customer visits across the regions centred around Central NSWsearching for and calling upon potential customers.
  • Tender management
  • Managing existing customers to grow sales profitably.
  • Trouble shoot issues and manage customer requests in a timely manner, escalating to others in the organisation where appropriate.
  • Organise and attend Field Days, sponsorship opportunities, and local activities that support the delivery of the business targets.
  • Pricing and Debtor management
  • Being a strong contributing member of the broader sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling and Operations teams to service the end customer in the most efficient way.

Qualifications

  • Over two years of strong performance in a Sales role, preferably in the fuel industry or supply into the agriculture sectors.
  • Ability to share relevant information across the business through strong communication skills.
  • Manage stakeholders through a strong understanding of internal and external customer needs.
  • Make sound commercial decisions in a timely manner through a strong ability to solve complex problems.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good motivational skills
  • Good ability to understand the financial effects of certain choices and decisions.
  • Some ability to read and interpret basic business financial reports
