Service Specialist | Cairns


 

We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our high performing National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network. 


 

As a Service Specialist your responsibility will be to assist Client Managers to help achieve goals & budget forecasts. This role is customer focused which includes assisting with the end-to-end renewal process, preparation of quotation & placement slips, submitting reports, correspondence and general office duties.


 

This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to start their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced, and collaborative environment.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded.
