We are looking for a superstar to join our Membership Services Department as  Process Improvement Lead. You will effectively lead the Process Improvement team to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and manage all knowledge content to support our employees in delivering exceptional service to our members. The role will successfully build up self-motivated, self-managing team members who are engaged and empowered to be a highly effective team who collaborate and closely align with both the Delivery and Enablement teams within Membership Services.

What will you do? / How will you help?

  • Manage the Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management operations:
  • Lead the team to successfully identify process improvement areas within Membership Services and implement effective strategies to improve or in enhance these processes.
  • Represent Membership Services and member expectations and experiences in cross functional improvement initiatives
  • Plan and deliver all changes swiftly with Change Management and effective planning
  • Lead and run any new initiatives that impact Membership Services teams or Technology led improvements for Membership Services
  • Lead the team to develop and implement continuous improvement and knowledge management practices and apply these in their day-to-day operations.
  • Lead the team to manage Membership Services knowledge management tools and resources to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
  • Lead the team to provide insights to Membership Services and THF broadly by using precise data records and reporting, to help make informed strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and be readily available to support employees with any ad-hoc member or operational matters.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by providing accurate and current PHI knowledge and skills to team members.
  • Build, nurture, and grow a high-performance culture
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to drive enablement improvement and achieve service excellence.

  
What do you need? /What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years experience in Process Improvement
  • Project Management experience (desirable) 
  • Change management skills and/or experience 
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Applied experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing/ Kaizen/ or similar tools and methodology
  • Analytical mind with a can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills 
  • Stakeholder management skills
