What will you do?
Some of your key responsibilities, but not limited to would be;
• Assist in the daily management of the Hospital team by planning, organising, monitoring and controlling the allocated work activities
• Forecast and resource plan for incoming work items to ensure appropriate staff availability
• Provide technical expertise and source appropriate resources so that overall team performance improves to match agreed targets
• Provide a high standard of customer service by dealing with escalated enquiries from team members and/or THF Management where delegated
Assist the team in processing incoming work accurately and efficiently, maintaining service level agreements
• Provide high quality customer service and effectively communicate to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist to resolve member complaints, ombudsmen referrals, or escalated issues as required
• Provide input and support in conducting monthly team meetings.
• Maintain and improve skill level of team members through training, coaching and feedback activities
• Maintain currency in HAMBs system and relevant THF in-house technology applications (e.g. Word, Excel, E5 and ProMapp) with a view to improve where applicable
• Provide SME support by contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that align with business plan and strategy
• Review and report on trends, claiming patterns, and member behaviours as required
• Support, train and assist change management across the Hospital Team for various initiatives and projects
• Review and hold a working knowledge of Health and PHI industry and legislative changes to ensure processes, policies, and products are current and competitive with industry standards
