We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Consultant to join our newly formed organisational-wide team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering training initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall organisational success.
  
In this role, you will work collaboratively with leadership teams, managers, and key stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that address the evolving needs of our growing business. Your work will help ensure that our employees at all levels have the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their roles and contribute to the company’s long-term vision.

  • Delivering engaging and inclusive training sessions to all employees across the business
  • Work closely with your training colleagues to develop org-wide training programs
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals
  • Implement and utilize evaluation methods (e.g. Kirkpatrick model) to assess training effectiveness and participant progress
  • Conduct regular reviews of training materials to ensure all training activities are current and fit for purpose
  • Assist with the co-ordination of training sessions, including but not limited to booking rooms, resources and fulfil all logistic and administrative tasks professionally and with expertise
  • Plus, many more!

What do you need? 

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or other training related certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and ability to develop and deliver exceptional training
  • Demonstrated ability to use the Kirkpatrick evaluation model (desirable not essential)
  • Experience in eLearning and its tools such as Articulate, and experience in Private Health Insurance (also desirable but not essential)
