Technical Supervisor


The Opportunity 
Reporting to the Site Manager, we require x2 Technical Supervisors tol primarily be responsible for managing the service delivery and performance of our Fitter Trades team located on a state-of-the-art Australian Defence facility in Moorebank.

Hours of work

  • Monday to Thursday: 7am to 3:45pm
  • Friday: 7am to 12pm

Could you be our next Technical Supervisor? 

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an Australian Defence Clearance
  • Certificate IV in a Mechanical Engineering or Fitting and Machinist trade
  • Current Australian open driver licence for manual, medium rigid and heavy rigid (MR/HR) classes of vehicles
  • Demonstrated ability and practical experience in leadership of a maintenance team, management of maintenance activities, technical investigation, quality audits and technical inspections 
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills, people management, and client interface
  • Sound understanding of work, health and safety, security and environmental obligations in an industrial/maintenance environment to ensure compliance to legislative requirements 
  • Use of computer IT applications such MILIS, SAP and/or Microsoft Office Suite preferred
