About the role:
In
this newly created position, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer
journey and driving engagement strategies for an iconic Brisbane-based,
community driven tennis organisation. Reporting
to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and
implement innovative marketing initiatives that will elevate Tennis for Kids to
the next level.
This role is perfect for someone looking to step up in their marketing
career, taking ownership of developing and executing the marketing strategy to
drive growth.
Duties
Your
tasks will include:
- Brand development & guardianship- develop and
manage consistent brand guidelines for Tennis for Kids (TFK) and Pickleball
across all media channels
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC)- plan and execute
multi-channel campaigns to promote brand visibility.
- Oversee digital presence, including websites, social
media and e-mail marketing to drive engagement
- Coordinate with the Tennis for Kids Brand Ambassador
to create content, promote brand loyalty, and execute public relations
campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Support the planning and execution of major events to
ensure brand alignment, exceptional participant experiences, and leverage
events for sponsorship revenue
About you:
- Formal qualification in Marketing, Business,
Communication, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in content creation,
digital marketing, events or brand partnerships
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end integrated
marketing campaigns with measurable brand impact
- Exposure to a diverse portfolio of content creation-
video, digital, social media print and copywriting
- Strong project management and time management skills
to deliver multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget
- Exceptional writing, verbal and interpersonal skills
with the ability to relate to a wide audience
- Strong understanding of sports marketing would be
advantageous

event management exposure
