BMS Field Service Technician


Join our Projects team as a Field Technician specializing in Building Maintenance Systems (BMS). This role offers the chance to work with diverse HVAC and BMS systems while supporting our long-standing Defence relationships. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing site downtime through exceptional technical support.

  • Diverse Systems: Engage with a variety of HVAC and BMS technologies.
  • Defence Partnership: Contribute to our established collaborations with Defence clients.
  • Hands-On Role: Play a vital role in technology diagnostics and maintenance projects.

Location:

Positions available in Darwin and Katherine (DIDO available), Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair BMS Systems efficiently.
  • Accurately capture and update data.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and processes to maintain BMS integrity.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience with Australian BMS networks.
  • Solid knowledge of operations and maintenance, especially in emergency fault rectification.
  • A hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with mobile applications, client-specific software, and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Electrical or HVAC Trade Certificate.
  • Valid White Card.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Team player with motivation and attention to detail.

Security Clearance:

Eligible candidates must be Australian Citizens and able to obtain a Defence Security Clearance up to Negative Vetting Level 1.
