The Role
Ventia are currently seeking an Estate Management & Operational Services (EMOS) Manager to support our Defence Base Services contract. As an EMOS Manager you will be based across multiple defence bases both within the Perth Metro and regional WA (when required). You will ensure contract obligations are met in a safe and environmentally responsible manner; to provide leadership and management to ensure that all resources (management, processes, plant, labour, subcontractors and materials) are utilised to maximise the financial returns and return on capital employed for the contract, whilst maintaining good relationships with clients and meeting required levels of service and contractual obligations.
The role will also provide operational management capability to drive the development, implementation and continual improvement of the Ventia integrated management system to meet legal, contractual and other business requirements.
To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo a police check.
