People Services Coordinator

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, supportive team? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our People & Service team and provide essential end-to-end support across the entire employee lifecycle. In this key role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations, from onboarding new hires to supporting internal movements and managing employee documentation—all while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating pre-employment checks, including medical and police bookings
  • Drafting employment contracts and change of conditions letters
  • Maintaining and updating employee files and records
  • Ensuring compliance with right-to-work documentation
  • Assisting with employee relocations and supporting general people projects
  • Contributing to reporting and overall team support across the organisation

About You:

  • A relevant degree in HR or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
