Site Facilities Manager

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday looking after 2 schools (Coomera Rivers State Primary School and Bayview State Primary School), the ideal candidate will be in the Redlands Bay area.

About the Role
As the Site Facilities Manager, you will be the go-to expert ensuring school facilities run smoothly, safely and cost effectively. You will manage subcontractors, oversee maintenance plans and drive compliance – all while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead subcontractor management and ensure quality, safety and value
- Deliver services aligned with KPIs and contractual obligations
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with WHS and legislative standards
- Manage site safety inductions and routine maintenance plans
- Communicate effectively with school staff, clients and contractors
- Be available for on call support as required
What you will bring
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance engineering or asset maintenance
- Strong understanding of WHS and FM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
- A valid Blue Card working with children
