Systems Specialist - Talent Acquisition

About the role:  

As the Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist, you will be an integral member of our Ventia recruitment team. Looking after systems and processes you will be managing changes, trouble shooting, project management, team training/support, system testing and back-end system/template development for our Success Factors recruitment system. 

In addition, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in other activities such as delivery of future system/supplier integrations, managing external suppliers and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Based at our Beautiful North Sydney head office right across the road from the train station we offer a flexible work atmosphere with the opportunity to work from home for part of the week. 

About you:

  • Ideally you will have some background in the Success Factors Recruiting module, but this is not essential; similar HRIS systems experience is welcome.
  • Experience with HR system configuration, optimisation, basic testing and troubleshooting (ideally Success Factors but not essential).
  • Exposure to system integration activities and project management.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate the technical to nontechnical audiences.
  • A natural problem solver with an analytical mindset always thinking "how can this be done, better, easier, faster"
  • Exposure to a recruitment or HR environment (ideal, not essential).

We would also consider candidates from a strong recruitment background who have a genuinely technical mindset and some exposure to the above responsibilities.
