Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Analyst Customer Solutions, who is process oriented professional to focus on the internal processes, tools and systems that enable our customers and other stakeholders to interact with us effortlessly. As a valued member of the Customer Solutions Team, you will be responsible for partnering with the Transport team our sales teams. In this role you will be obsessed with process improvement and creating an amazing customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your relevant Sales Team to understand how their strategy/activity links to our focus on increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the System Administrator to ensure Salesforce process is efficient and regularly improved based on sales feedback.
  • Ensure that any anecdotal feedback received is recorded in the appropriate system

LOB Advocacy:

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the customer segments, customer behaviours and interactions with sales teams and Viva to identify opportunities for improvement and to become a fully trusted business advisor.
  • Understand the full Offer to Cash end to end workflow so that you can contribute as a subject matter expert and support the shaping of the strategy for your sales team.
  • Increase sales team productivity by reducing the amount of time spent on administrative tasks, by optimizing or automating the identified activities
  • Work closely with all parts of the business including the CSC to ensure all issues are being recorded accurately.

Projects:

  • Adopt Agile methodology on all projects

Qualifications

  • JDE, Power BI: Intermediate, Confluence / Jira / Test Rail desirable
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in report preparation and written correspondence
  • Ability to interpret operational information
  • Professional, positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
