Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Shell Card Marketing Manager, to lead the Shell Card marketing team, including management of day-to-day marketing activities as well as setting the long-term marketing strategy. This role will have primary accountability for the P&L for the SME segment and providing marketing support to the broader Shell Card Business. This is a 12-month fixed term Maternity Leave contract.

Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership for mass market portfolio.
  • Managing all marketing for the Shell Card business and activities within the marketing department.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Well-developed customer service focus with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills that contributes to effective and efficient project execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
  • High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multi task under pressure and work on a number of campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes
