About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Leadership, Learning and Culture, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of initiatives that monitor, guide and evolve the culture of the corporation. Leading a team, you will pro-actively build relationships and drive alignment across various business areas to ensure leadership, inclusion, onboarding, learning and safety initiatives to enhance our culture.

What this role will involve:

  • Source, implement and manage the culture framework and maturity model that guides the planning and conduct of cultural initiatives under the Great Place to Work strategy.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure their plans deliver aligned cultural outcomes.
  • Develop and implement an annual enterprise culture plan that integrates the breadth of cultural outcomes desired under the Great Place to Work strategy.
  • Source or build tools, guiding artefacts, and initiatives to measure and drive cultural alignment and connectedness, including the ongoing embedding of organisational values.
  • Focus on continually improving safety performance, customer service and productivity.

Your skills and experience;

  • Highly influential and results drive, you will have proven experience in a similar role in Culture and People Strategy.
  • Extensive experience in delivering multiple initiatives concurrently across a wide range of disciplines.
  • Demonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary HR management theory and practice in relation to culture and/or organisational development.
  • Considerable experience and demonstrated capability in implementing change.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Relevant Degree level qualification in a Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or Commerce related discipline.
