About the role:
We have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced Analyst – Customer Research & Insights based flexibly across the Leederville and Balcatta premises.
As an Analyst, you will support the delivery of the Corporation’s Strategic Vision and Customer Strategy, providing key insights to realise our customer experience ambition.
The position is responsible for collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer understanding, including understanding perceptions and influences on our Corporate KPI’s.
It’s an exciting time to influence the direction of our Customer Strategy, supporting the business to drive the delivery of actionable insights that lead to satisfied customers.
