Reporting to the Manager – Planned Work, you will lead a team that undertakes operations and maintenance activities of assigned assets.
What you’ll do
Lead the delivery of a portfolio of planned work to meet agreed service levels, providing technical advice and guidance on the resolution of routine and complex issues
Lead team safety and promote a safety culture across the business ensuring safety is the first priority
Manage resourcing of team including prompt engagement and onboarding of contractors
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including being the point of escalation for customer complaints
About you
You are looking to continue to develop your leadership skills, and to put your extensive knowledge and experience into practice. You will have broad knowledge across water/wastewater infrastructure and assets, and look to drive business efficiencies and improvements.
Previous Experience
Tertiary level qualification relevant business/technical discipline OR trade qualification OR Cert III/IV Water Industry Worker
Considerable experience in a leadership role in an operational environment
Relevant experience in water/wastewater industry OR experience in workforce planning for an infrastructure-based organisation
