Executive Assistant

Due to an internal move, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join our team. You will provide comprehensive support to the SVP, Chief Risk Officer and VP, Controlling, Reporting and Tax, based at our state-of-the-art office in Melbourne.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Manage and coordinate local and global meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.
- Help onboard new team members and registering external guests.
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings or conferences, including budget control, bookings, catering, and IT.
- Handle financial management of expenses and invoices, including purchase requisitions and orders.
- Monitor and track expenditures to ensure activities stay within budget.
- Maintain and update multiple Teams and i-Net sites for the EREC team.
- Support other senior leaders and handle ad hoc tasks or projects as needed.
Your Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training.
- Minimum of 5 years' administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with Visio, SAP, and SharePoint is advantageous.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and visitors.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Dependable and able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
Working Conditions:
- 50% in-office presence at CSL Melbourne.
