Ventia requires an administrator to support the QPS Electronic Monitoring Contract. This is a fixed term position working 20 hours per week until the end of June 2026 and offers hybrid working conditions.

About the Role
You will be responsible for contract administrative tasks. This includes development of weekly/monthly/quarterly and biannual reports, tamper reports, updating processes/procedures/training material, taking photos of inventory, completing audits, maintaining records on testing and inspections.
You may also be required to assist the Inventory Coordinator during leave or busy periods to clean devices, dispatch devices and update registers.

You must be self-motivated, have previous administration experience and be able to work independently. You will also have
