Land Access Administration - Telecommunications


About The Role

Reporting to the Access Implementation Manager, the primary purpose of the Land Access Officer is to provide timely and accurate land access services for internal and external customers, based on client requirements, specifications, contract KPI’s and actively participate & assist in the resolution of landowner objections.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain Group mailbox and ensure emails are distributed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with land access officers and stakeholders, to ensure tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Allocate work accordingly, maximising resource availability and skillset.
  • Maintain internal trackers ensuring information is up to date and clear.
  • Record keeping – Ensure LAC documentation and processes keep up with client practices, systems and technology utilisation.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings as required and provide input into the weekly and monthly reports on land access progress, as required .
  • Assist land access staff and the wider AMG team in an administrative capacity where required.

About You

  • An experienced Administrator who has the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a similar role dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Land Access Management protocols are preferred but not essential.

The successful applicants will be required to undertake a National Police check and medical as per contractual requirements and hold a valid driver’s licence.
